Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Grande Lighting LLC. If you wish to purchase from our on-line catalog, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Grande Lighting LLC reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully before you use this website.

Sales Tax

We are obligated by South Carolina law to charge applicable Sales tax on items delivered to a South Carolina address. Shipments to all other areas are tax-exempt.

Shipping Restrictions

Free shipping does not apply to oversized items. We will notify you of the additional charges when the order is received if applicable.

We ship within the 48 contiguous United States.

We are unable to ship to P. O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Most shipments will ship via UPS or Fed Ex.

Some larger items or orders may have to be shipped via common carrier. In that case, you are responsible for removing the items off the back of the truck to your home. A responsible party, over 18 years of age, must be present to accept delivery and sign for the shipment.

Damaged Goods

Do not sign for and/or do not accept receipt of any products that are visibly damaged. If a product appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and notify us immediately at orders.grandelighting@outlook.com

Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Grande Lighting cannot accept any responsibility for any damages not reported within this timeframe. Upon receiving a damaged product, you must contact us for a Returned Materials Authorization number before returning the product.

Products received with broken glass or dented shades are not considered defective. In such a case, we will provide replacement glass or shades at no charge to you.

Warranties

All products sold by Grande Lighting LLC are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have purchased a product from Grande Lighting LLC and find it to be defective, please contact us at orders.grandelighting@outlook.com for manufacturer warranty information.

Cancelled Orders

You may cancel an order that has not been shipped unless it is a special order or customized product. Any cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer will be your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy provides for the return of any non-installed items in the original packaging within 30 days from shipment.

Requirements for a Successful Return

  • Item(s) must have been shipped to you within the last 30 days.
  • Item(s) must be in the original factory carton(s) complete with all original packaging.
  • Item(s) has never been installed or modified while in your possession.
  • If your return meets the above criteria, please email us at orders.grandelighting@outlook.com to request authorization and instructions for return.

Things to Remember

  • Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Any returns received in our warehouse without an issued return authorization number will not be eligible for a refund.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping including insurance for the full retail value of the item(s).
  • The item and all parts must be returned in the original packaging, including all wrapping and unmarked factory carton.
  • The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped. Any variation may result in damage to the piece and could invalidate your return.
  • Installed or customized items are ineligible for return.
  • Web special sales are final and are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fees

  • All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • You will receive an email confirming the exact amount of your refund less applicable restocking fees once the merchandise has safely reached our warehouse and undergone inspection. Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was originally used in the purchase.

Defective Merchandise

If you encounter a defect in your product, please email us at orders.grandelighting@outlook.com to request a replacement or parts needed.
